Recently, another batch of complete crushing and screening equipment, independently developed and manufactured by Liming Heavy Industry, successfully passed the pre-shipment inspection and was officially shipped to Central Asia. This batch of equipment is heading to Uzbekistan to serve a local 200 t/h granite crushing project.
01. Project Highlight: Complete Hard Rock Crushing Equipment
The complete equipment matrix shipped to Uzbekistan this time features scientific selection and systematic process design by Liming Heavy Industry's engineers, tailored to the customer's raw material characteristics, capacity goals, and site conditions. Covering the core equipment for the entire process of feeding, primary crushing, secondary and fine crushing, and screening, it provides a mature hard rock crushing solution:
PART 1. Stable Feeding
The GF1245 vibrating feeder, with a feeding capacity of 450 t/h and a large excitation force, can evenly and stably feed granite raw materials of ≥700mm into the jaw crusher, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.
PART 2. Primary Crushing Core
As the main force of the crushing line, the PE750×1060 jaw crusher has a feed opening size of 750×1060mm and a designed processing capacity of 110-320 t/h. With its high crushing ratio and excellent stability, it lays a solid foundation for subsequent secondary crushing.
PART 3. Secondary and Fine Crushing Core
The HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is specially designed for hard rock crushing. Utilizing the lamination crushing principle, it effectively improves the shape of the finished product. The feed opening width reaches 80-230mm, and the capacity covers 110-440 t/h.
PART 4. Fine Screening
The S5X2460 vibrating screen, an efficient screening machine independently developed by Liming Heavy Industry, features strong excitation force and high screening efficiency. Compared with traditional equipment of the same specification, it has a larger processing capacity.
This configuration scheme was tailor-made by the professional project team of Liming Heavy Industry. From raw material characteristic analysis and process route planning to equipment selection and overall line optimization, it provides customers with an intelligent solution that meets the Uzbek customer's 200 t/h capacity target and the discharge standards for high-quality aggregates.
