    Horizontal Drive Bevel Transmission

    The electric motor transmits torque through the horizontal countershaft. High-precision heavy-duty spiral bevel gears translate this rotational kinetic energy directly into the vertical eccentric sleeve assembly.

    Gyratory Pendulum Motion

    As the eccentric sleeve rotates, it forces the moving cone and main shaft assembly into a continuous rotational-pendulum pattern inside the heavy structural frame.

    Continuous Compression and Attrition

    Run-of-mine materials entering the hopper are continuously crushed by high-force compression, splitting, and attrition between the moving mantle and fixed concave liners within the deep cavity.

    Gravity Discharge with Tramp Release

    Sized materials pass down through the opening via gravity. If uncrushable materials are encountered, the bottom hydraulic cylinder automatically drops the shaft assembly to clear the obstruction safely.
