Raw materials, such as river stones or quarry blasts, are fed into the C6X Series Jaw Crusher. This stage handles the heavy-duty reduction, bringing the material down to a manageable size for the secondary stage while minimizing initial fines generation.
The material is processed by the HST / HPT Hydraulic Cone Crusher. This stage is critical for hard rock applications (like granite or basalt), reducing the rock to below 40mm to ensure the optimal feed size for the tertiary sand maker.
The core of the plant is the VSI6X Sand Making Machine. Utilizing a high-speed, four-opening impeller design, it forces rock-on-rock collisions. This action shatters the rock along natural fault lines, producing premium cubical sand with excellent gradation curves.
