The driven pulley rotates the heavy forged eccentric shaft. The specific eccentricity forces the moving jaw body to perform a continuous pendulum motion—moving back, forth, up, and down.
As the moving jaw plate swings toward the fixed jaw plate, the volume of the V-shaped crushing cavity decreases. The trapped rock is subjected to immense compressive and splitting forces, causing it to fracture.
When the moving jaw retreats under the action of the eccentric shaft and return spring, the cavity volume expands. The crushed materials drop through the lower discharge opening via gravity, completing the continuous production cycle.
