Scientific Three-Stage Closed-Circuit Process

Tailored for the extreme cold climates of Central Asia and the characteristics of high-hardness copper ore, Liming Heavy Industry's engineering expert team designed a highly redundant and stable "Primary Jaw Crushing + Secondary Medium Cone Crushing + Tertiary Fine Cone Crushing + High-frequency Screening" three-stage closed-circuit crushing production system. Adhering to the advanced processing principle of maximizing crushing efficiency, the final particle size entering the next beneficiation stage is strictly controlled below 12mm, significantly reducing the subsequent energy consumption of the entire plant.

Primary Crushing Stage (Jaw Crushing)

Large run-of-mine ore (blasted size ≤1000mm) is efficiently processed by the PEW European Type Jaw Crusher with a large discharge opening, rapidly reducing the material size.

Secondary Crushing Stage (Cone Crushing)

The primary crushed material enters the HST Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher. Utilizing its constant discharge opening and powerful inter-particle laminating crushing force, it achieves high-capacity conversion of the middle-stage materials.

Tertiary Fine Crushing & Closed-Circuit (Fine Screening)

The HPT Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is introduced as the ultimate fine crusher. Materials that do not meet the size requirements are classified by the S5X high-frequency vibrating screen and returned for re-crushing, ensuring zero coarse material overflow.
