Located near Yaoundé, the capital and economic hub of Cameroon, this project marks the client's strategic transition from forestry to aggregate production. To accommodate the client's new entry into the quarrying sector, our engineering team provided a comprehensive turnkey solution, featuring a robust all-steel structure design to ensure rapid deployment and long-term durability against hard granite.
Raw granite is unloaded into a custom all-steel transit hopper lined with 20mm wear-resistant steel plates. A GZD1300×4900 Vibrating Feeder continuously supplies the PE900×1200 Jaw Crusher for reliable primary size reduction.
The primary crushed material is conveyed to an HST250/S2 Hydraulic Cone Crusher. This advanced secondary station utilizes lamination crushing principles to efficiently process the highly abrasive granite while minimizing wear part consumption.
To ensure high cubicity in the final product, the material enters a PFW1318 European Impact Crusher for tertiary shaping. The discharge is graded by 2YZS2460 and 2YZS2160 Circular Vibrating Screens. Oversize material (>25mm) is returned to the PFW1318 in a closed circuit, while compliant aggregates (0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-25mm) are stockpiled.
The production line integrates intelligent hydraulic technology and impact shaping to optimize both throughput and the final particle shape of hard granite.
