Advanced Multi-Stage Lamination Crushing Circuit

As a key nation along the "Belt and Road" initiative, Uzbekistan possesses abundant mineral resources, including 16 proven large-scale granite deposits. To capitalize on this, our engineering team designed a highly efficient 250-300 TPH crushing circuit. The system utilizes advanced scalping techniques and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers to process the hard granite while minimizing operational wear and energy consumption.

Scalping & Primary Reduction

Raw material is fed into a 2F5X1245 Vibrating Feeder. The lower deck and grizzly bars scalp out waste and directly route the 20-100mm fraction to the transit silo, bypassing the primary stage to save energy. Oversize material (>100mm) is processed by the JC840x1100 Jaw Crusher before joining the transit silo.

Secondary Crushing & Pre-Screening

Material from the transit silo is conveyed to an HPT300C Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher for secondary reduction. The discharged material is then graded by a 3YZS1860 Vibrating Screen, separating out compliant 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm final aggregates.

Tertiary Fine Crushing & Final Grading

The >20mm oversize fraction from the secondary screen is routed to an HPT300F Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher dedicated to fine crushing. The output passes through a 3YZS2160 Vibrating Screen, ensuring a strict closed-circuit loop and yielding high-quality, cubical end products.
