Running Stably
Commissioned in June 2016 on the southwestern coast of Luzon Island, this plant leverages the region's abundant basalt and andesite reserves. The processing circuit is designed around a three-stage crushing flow, utilizing the proven reliability of CS series spring cone crushers to maintain low operational costs (OPEX) while delivering high-quality construction aggregates.
Run-of-mine basalt is fed into the PE900×1200 Jaw Crusher for primary size reduction. The discharged material enters a transit silo. A GZD1300×4900 Vibrating Feeder then pre-screens the flow, sending the 0-50mm fraction directly to the 4YZS2460 Vibrating Screen, while routing the >50mm fraction to the secondary crusher.
The >50mm material is processed by a CS160B Cone Crusher. The crushed output is conveyed to the vibrating screen for precise grading into 6.25mm, 9.375mm, 18.75mm, and 37.5mm fractions.
Oversize material (>37.5mm) is fed into a CS160D Cone Crusher for a third stage of reduction in a closed circuit. Meanwhile, the fine 0-6.25mm fraction is routed to a Sand Washing Machine to remove impurities, yielding premium manufactured sand.
The plant relies on mature and highly reliable crushing equipment, ensuring long-term operational stability and maximum uptime for abrasive hard rock processing.
