Modular Three-Zone Recycling Process

Covering an area of nearly 8,000 square meters, this solid waste recycling facility is divided into three highly integrated modular zones: Primary Crushing, Secondary Crushing & Screening, and Finished Product Storage. The routing logic is designed to maximize resource recovery while adhering to strict environmental compliance.

Primary Reduction & Pre-Sorting

Vibrating feeders supply raw C&D waste evenly into the Jaw Crusher. Undersize material from the feeder grizzly bypasses the jaw and is routed to a dirt-removal screen. The primary crushed discharge passes through a manual sorting platform to extract large non-crushable debris before entering the secondary stage.

Secondary Crushing & Closed-Circuit Screening

A European-style Impact Crusher handles the secondary reduction, specifically chosen for its ability to liberate steel rebar and shape concrete aggregates. The output feeds into S5X Vibrating Screens. Oversize material returns to the impactor, while compliant fractions (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-31.5mm) pass through belt scales for continuous yield tracking.

Impurity Extraction & Environmental Control

To ensure high-purity recycled aggregates, a Light Material Separator processes the 10-31.5mm fraction to remove entrapped plastics and wood. Pulse dust collectors are systematically deployed across the secondary and screening modules to eliminate fugitive dust emissions.
