Andesite is a neutral-to-acidic igneous rock with a complex mineral composition (including plagioclase, hornblende, and quartz), known for its extreme hardness and abrasive nature. To meet the rigorous demands of supplying premium aggregates to high-end concrete batching plants in Jilin, our engineering team designed a robust, mega-capacity 1000-1200 TPH dry-process production line, ensuring continuous high yield and low wear-part consumption.
The processing begins with an F5X2060 Heavy-Duty Vibrating Feeder, which continuously supplies massive andesite boulders into the C6X180 Jaw Crusher. Featuring a customized V-shaped crushing chamber, the C6X series maximizes the feed acceptance size and primary throughput, eliminating traditional bottleneck issues in hard rock processing.
